Sent money to wrong number
Express Send/Send Money transfers are done in real-time. You must check your transaction details before sending.
GCash can only reverse transactions if the account is inactive or not in use.
Here's what to do:
If you sent money to the wrong person
Contact them and ask them to send your money back.
If you sent money to an old or inactive number
Refunds are done on a best-effort basis. You can contact support on the GCash app:
- Go to your Transactions
- Tap the Send Money transaction
- Tap Get help > “I sent money to the wrong number”
Our support team will check your request. You can expect an update within 1-3 business days.
