How to use Ship & Deliver to book couriers
Ship & Deliver is a GCash feature powered by Parcels PH. It lets you compare prices and book couriers like Grab, Lalamove, and Panda Go.
How to place an order
- On the Ship & Deliver page > tap Add New Order
- Select On-Demand Delivery
- Choose Pickup Now or Pickup Later
- If Pickup Later, set the date and time
- Enter pickup, drop-off, item details, and choose a courier
- Tap Review Payment Summary > Pay with GCash
After booking, you will see the tracking page. Some couriers also send SMS with tracking links and rider details.
Note: If the rider cancels or does not take the job, your payment is refunded to your GCash account.
How to save an address
You can save up to 5 addresses for faster booking.
- From My Bookings > tap Address Book
- Tap Add Address
- Enter your details > tap Save
- Tap Pin Location to confirm your address
How to track your order
You can check your status on the tracking page:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | No rider yet |
| For Pick-Up | Rider is going to the pickup place |
| For Delivery | Rider is going to the recipient |
| Completed | Item was dropped off |
| Canceled | You canceled before the rider arrived |
To track:
- From Search Order, enter your order number
- Tap the order > tap Track Order
