If you can’t place a buy or sell order in GFunds, check these common reasons:

• Your GCash wallet has enough funds.
• The fund has a minimum buy amount.
• There is scheduled system maintenance with GCash or its partners. Please wait and try again later.
• Your GCash app is outdated. Download the latest version from the App Store or Google Play Store, then try again.
