Paano bumili ng funds sa GFunds
Buy funds sa GFunds para makapag-invest sa GCash app.
Before you start:
- Ang buy orders may processing period, hindi sya instant. Pwede mong i-check dito ang order time base sa fund mo.
- Ang NAVPU (price ng fund) ay ina-update araw-araw (hindi real-time).
Note:
Kung nag-request ka ng GFunds transaction history pero hindi mo ito na-receive sa email mo o nakakita ka ng error message, i-contact directly ang partners namin:
1. BPI - funds_distribution@bpi.com.ph
2. ATRAM - customercare_trust@atram.com.ph (request for a Certificate of Investment or COI)
How to buy
- Sa GCash app mo, tap GFunds.
- Tap Invest.
- Pumili ng fund, tap Buy.
- I-type ang amount, tap Next.
- I-check ang details, tap Confirm.
Makakakita ka ng page na nagsasabi na placed na ang order mo.
Hindi mo na ito pwede i-cancel o baguhin pagkatapos. Kung makansel ito ng system o ng partner namin, makakakuha ka ng refund sa wallet mo within 2-3 business days.
