Buy or sell order not reflected on GStocks PH
Usually, real-time na napo-process ang orders.
Kung nag-trade ka via GStocks PH at hindi siya agad nag-reflect, sundin ang steps na ito depende kung Buy o Sell order:
Buy Orders
Kung hindi nagsho-show ang Buy Order mo, i-check muna ito:
- Siguraduhin na may enough cash ang GStocks PH wallet mo.
- Yung stock na gusto mong bilhin ay dapat sumusunod sa Board Lot table (lot size at price fluctuation).
- Mag-place lang ng orders during PSE hours: 9:30 AM–12:00 PM at 1:00 PM–3:00 PM (PHT), Mon–Fri (no holidays).
- Dapat within ka sa PSE price ceiling and floor.

Sell Orders
Kung hindi nagsho-show ang Sell Order mo, punta sa Orders at i-check ang status.
Kung naka-indicate na Completed pero wala pa rin sa GStocks PH Trading Wallet mo, click here para mag-contact ng support. Magre-reach out sa’yo ang team namin within 24 hours.
