Did not receive money from GCash transfer to bank
Ang bank transfers from GCash papunta sa bank o e-wallet mo ay real-time through InstaPay.
Kung hindi pumasok ang pera sa bank account mo, sundin ang steps na ito:
Step 1: Check the transfer method
I-confirm kung paano ka nag-transfer ng pera:
- For bank to GCash, refer here.
- For GSave partner banks, refer here.
- For GCash to bank, check the next step.
Step 2: Confirm if the account number is correct
I-check kung tama yung account number na pinadalhan mo ng pera. Kung na-send mo sa maling bank account, read this article.
Step 3: Check if you got an SMS
Minsan may delays dahil sa system issues o maintenance. Kapag may delay, makakakuha ka ng SMS na nagsasabi kung ang pera ay:
- Ibabalik sa GCash mo in 1-2 business days, OR
- Icre-credit sa bank account in 3-5 business days
*Hindi kasama ang weekends at holidays sa business days.
Step 4: Wait for your money
Nakikipag-coordinate ang GCash sa bank mo para mahanap ang failed transfers at masigurong mabilis ma-credit ang funds. Habang naghihintay, bantayan ang GCash wallet at yung bank/e-wallet account mo para makita kung pumasok na ang pera.
Kung mag-fail ang transfer, ibabalik sa GCash wallet mo ang full amount + PHP 15 fee.
