Online payment not received or reflecting
Note:
For Pay Bills transactions that have not been posted yet, please refer to this article.
After you confirm your payment on a merchant’s app or website, it should be processed to the merchant right away. If they didn’t receive it, check if:
- The details you entered are correct.
- The payment appears on your Transactions page.
Need more help?
For issues like:
- Your wallet balance was deducted, but the transaction isn’t showing or is pending
- The merchant confirmed that they refunded the payment, but you haven’t received it
