How to cash out through a GPO

You can cash out funds from your GCash wallet at an approved GCash Pera Outlet (GPO). 

Note: There’s a suggested 2% service fee on your total cash out amount. The final fee is set by each GPO and may vary. Check the fee with the outlet first.

1. Go to a GPO (check the list of approved outlets).
2. Tell the staff your cash out amount (minimum PHP 100).
3. Confirm the total amount and fee with the GPO.
4. Give your mobile number.
5. Wait for the OTP via SMS. 
6. Give the OTP to the GPO. They need it to complete the transaction.
7. Check your history and get your cash.

Your wallet is charged the cash out amount + fee. Example:

• Cash out amount: PHP 1,000
• Service fee: 2% (PHP 20)
• Amount deducted from GCash: PHP 1,020
• Amount you’ll get in cash: PHP 1,000
