Buy or sell order not reflected on GStocks PH
Usually, orders are processed in real-time. If you traded via GStocks PH and it didn’t reflect right away, follow these steps depending on whether it was a buy or sell order:
Buy Orders
If your Buy Order is not showing, check these first:
- Make sure your GStocks PH wallet has enough cash.
- The stock you want to buy follows the Board Lot table (lot size and price fluctuation).
- Place orders only during PSE hours: 9:30 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–3:00 PM (PHT), Mon–Fri (no holidays).
- Stay within the PSE price ceiling and floor.
If your Buy Order still has not been reflected, please click here to contact support. Our team will reach out to you within 24 hours.
Sell Orders
If your Sell Order is not showing, go to Orders and check the status.
If it says Completed but is not in your GStocks PH Trading Wallet yet, click here to contact support. Our team will reach out to you within 24 hours.
