Can I cancel my GGives loan?

You can ask to cancel or refund your GGives loan only if:

• The merchant allows refunds/cancellations
• You request it before your GGives due date and within 30 days of the transaction
• The entire amount is for cancellation

How to cancel a GGives loan

1. Talk to the partner merchant and request a refund or GGives cancellation.
2. After it’s approved, the merchant will contact GCash to process it.

If the request is after 30 days or only a partial refund:

• The refund amount (up to your loan amount) will be used as an advance payment to your GGives loan.
• Any extra amount will be sent to your GCash wallet.
