Track or follow up GCash Card delivery
GCash Card delivery time depends on your address:
Within NCR: Up to 10 business days
Outside NCR: Up to 13 business days
You will get an SMS with a tracking number. You can use it to track your delivery on the courier’s website. If you do not have a tracking number yet, your card is still being processed.
GCash Card Couriers:
Returned Orders
Our courier can try to deliver your card up to 3 times, unless your address cannot be found or is not in their service area. You can check the delivery attempts on the courier’s website using the tracking number sent via SMS.
If your card is not delivered after 3 attempts because no one received it, the card will be returned and cannot be refunded. You can order a new card 30 days after your last order.
Cancelled Orders
If your card order was cancelled, you will get a PHP 250 refund within 2 days.
Your order may be cancelled for these reasons:

Out of Delivery Area: Our courier partners regularly update the places they can deliver to. Your order may be cancelled if they cannot deliver to your address.
What to do: Use a different address when you order again. You can order a new card 30 days after your last order.

Name Errors: Special characters are not allowed on the GCash Card.
What to do: Before you order again, update your ID in the GCash app. Go to Profile > tap your name > Update Account Information. You can order a new card 30 days after your last order.
