I sent money from my GCash to another GCash account, but the recipient didn't receive it. What should I do?
If you sent money using your GCash to another GCash user but they haven’t gotten it, check these three details under your “Transactions” page:
- Confirm which Send Money feature you used: Funds sent using Send with a Clip or Send to Many should be claimed by the recipient.
- Check if the mobile number entered is the intended recipient: If you mistakenly sent money to the wrong number, please learn more here.
- Check if your GCash wallet was deducted:

- If there was no deduction to your GCash wallet, it means your transaction didn’t push through. You can retry sending money
