• If you have 3 incorrect reference number attempts, wait 24 hours before trying to claim

How to claim remittance:

1. On the GCash app, tap Cash In
2. Tap Global Banks and Partners
3. Choose your remittance partner
4. Enter the expected amount, reference number, and purpose. Tap Proceed
5. Review details and tap Next
6. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your number

If all info is correct, the money will appear in your wallet instantly.
