Make a job referral on Jobs
With Jobs on GCash, users can now easily send job referrals. Successful referrals allow users to earn money!
How to refer
A user receives six (6) referral credits per job opening. A referral credit is then deducted when a referrer sends an email to a referee. It will also be deducted from a referrer when a referee clicks the referral link.
To refer someone on Jobs, follow the steps below:
Earn money by referring
Each job posting has a referral fee that you can earn if someone you referred is hired for that position. With Jobs, it’s possible that you refer to a friend, and then that friend will also refer to someone else. Users who refer other people will receive a cut of the total referral fee.
The referee is the user who was referred to. While the referrer is the user who referred to another user.

To further understand the referral fee cut, below is an example if the total referral fee is PHP 10,000:

Claim referral fee
Referring does not automatically make the referrer eligible to receive money. The candidate they referred needs to be hired for a certain amount of time; i.e, if the candidate leaves before a certain time period of staying in the job, they are not eligible to receive the money.
Schedule options are set by the employer and can be seen once you tap i on the page.
- 100% after 30 days
- 50% after 30 days and 50% after 90 days
- 50% after 30 days and 50% after 180 days
- 50% after 90 days and 50% after 180 days

Tap Menu in the Jobs homepage then select My Wallet, and then tap Withdraw to GCash.
Disbursement of the payment varies per company as they are the ones setting the payout schedule of the referral fees. The hired candidate should stay for a minimum of 30 days to get at least half of the referral amount.
