With GJobs by PasaJobs on GCash, you can refer people to jobs and earn money when they get hired.
How to refer someone for GJobs by PasaJobs on GCash
You get 6 referral credits for each job. Each time you send a referral email or when your referee clicks your link, 1 credit is used.
To refer someone, follow these steps:
- On your GCash app, tap View All > Jobs
- Choose a job > tap Refer
- Select Email and enter your referral’s full name and email
- You’ll get a notification and see how many referral credits you have left
How to earn money by referring
- Each job shows a referral fee you earn if your referral is hired.
- If your referral refers another person who gets hired, you still earn part of the fee.
- Referee: The person you refer to the job; Referrer: You, the one who makes the referral

How to claim your referral fee
Referring someone does not always mean you will earn money. To get the referral fee:
- The person you referred must be hired and stay in the job for a set time.
- If they leave before this time, you will not get the referral fee.
The employer chooses the schedule. You can see it when you tap “i” on the page.
Possible schedules:
- 100% after 30 days
- 50% after 30 days and 50% after 90 days
- 50% after 30 days and 50% after 180 days
- 50% after 90 days and 50% after 180 days
