GGives monthly payment not reflecting
Kung nabayaran mo na ang GGives mo pero hindi pa rin siya nagre-reflect, i-check muna ang usual processing time ng ginamit mong payment method.
Kung successful ang payment mo pero hindi pa rin nagre-reflect after 3 business days (hindi kasama ang holidays), gawin ito:
- I-tap Transactions sa GCash app.
- Piliin ang GGives payment transaction na hindi nag-reflect.
- I-tap Get Help > My payment hasn’t been posted.
- Ilagay Fuse Financing Inc. bilang biller.
- I-tap Submit.
Kung successful ang GGives payment mo pero hindi nagre-reflect sa GGives Dashboard, pwede kang makipag-ugnayan sa support sa GCash app:
- I-tap Transactions.
- Piliin ang GGives payment transaction na hindi nag-reflect.
- I-tap Get Help > This payment didn’t reflect in my GGives account.
- I-tap Submit.
Kung successful ang payment mo at lagpas 1 business day na (hindi kasama ang holidays) pero hindi pa rin nagre-reflect, i-click ang payment partner na ginamit mo para makahingi ng tulong:
