Why can’t I access GCrypto?

In case you encounter trouble loading GCrypto, you may try the following troubleshooting steps:

For Android:
STEP 1: Go to Settings, then Apps & Notifications (or just Apps).
STEP 2: Select GCash.
STEP 3: Select Storage.
STEP 4: Tap on Clear Data and Clear Cache.

For iOS:
STEP 1: Delete GCash from the apps to uninstall then reinstall

Another reason you may not be able to access your GCrypto account is because the system may be under maintenance. Please try accessing your GCrypto account again after a few hours.
