While load purchases generally reflect real-time, there are cases when it may take a while. Wait for around five (5) minutes before checking your load balance again.
In the meantime, follow these steps to check the status of your load purchase.
- Check your network signal and make sure you have a stable connection.
- Verify the successful status of your buy load.
Ensure that you have received a GCash SMS confirmation.
- Make sure that the mobile number matches the recipient’s number.
- Make sure that the recipient has received an SMS confirmation from their network provider.
- Submit a ticket and provide all the required information if you have not received the load product after five (5) minutes.
- For the Concern Category, select Load > I haven’t received my load.
