Hi you can update your GCash account in Makatizen by following these steps:
1. Go to http://proudmakatizen.com/
2. Click "Ayuda Makati."
3. Insert your Last Name and Old Mobile Number. 
4. Input your preferred mobile number and choose if you want to request for fund transfer. then click submit.
5. Wait for an SMS from GCash.
