To update your GLoan Account details such as your address and GCash registered mobile number tied to your account, please follow the steps below:
- If you are requesting a change in mobile number, please ensure that your new mobile number is Fully Verified first
- Submit a ticket in the Help Center regarding your request to update your GLoan Account details
- Provide complete details regarding your reason for the update
Before requesting to delete your GLoan account, please make sure to settle all your dues. You will not be able to delete your GLoan account if you have outstanding dues.
