How to follow up on your ticket
Note:
When submitting a ticket, always use your GCash-registered email address to receive updates via email as well as real-time updates inside the app.
You can follow up on your ticket via the GCash App or via Chat with Gigi.

Chat with Gigi
Here's how you can follow up on your tickets by chatting with Gigi in the Help Center:
Step 1: On your GCash App, tap Help
Step 2: Tap Chat with Gigi on the lower right of your screen
Step 3: Provide your GCash-registered mobile number and email address
Step 4: Select I want to check the status of my ticket
Step 5: Input your ticket number and wait for Gigi to give you updates about your ticket
