How to link our GCash in App Store for first time users
- For IPhone users
- Tap the corresponding Apple ID on the IPhone Settings (not App Store)
- Select "Payment and Shipping" (users may be asked to sign in their Apple ID or undergo face recognition process)
- Select "Add Payment Method"
- Select "GCash" and complete the log in process (MPIN and OTP)
- For Desktop / Web users
- Go to "Menu Bar" on iTunes or MAC
- Select "Account"
- Select "View My Account"
- Select "Manage Payments"
- Select "Add Payment Method"
- Select "GCash" and complete the log in process (MPIN and OTP)
- Scan to QR Code using the GCash App to confirm the linking process
Note: Customers can also opt to enable GCredit as their back for Apple purchases by simply clicking the tick box that asks them if they would want to enable GCredit.
How to check subscription purchases made in App Store Account

- Go to Account menu by clicking the icon on upper right corner
