What happened to my account and should I be worried?
In compliance with CIMB Bank’s policies, accounts that do not meet the minimum authentication criteria are temporarily blocked from any purchase transactions until submission of additional information and evaluation has been accepted. This means that using GCredit as a payment option for online, offline, and bills pay transactions are temporarily unavailable. However, you can still settle your outstanding balance via the GCash app. There is no need to worry as your account information remains safe and will be accessible for transactions once evaluation has been passed.
Why am I receiving this message?
As CIMB Bank regularly conducts customer due diligence, your account has been identified with incomplete account information. We encourage you to review and provide the additional information required to authenticate your account to be reviewed by CIMB Bank.
What do I need to do?
CIMB Bank prepared an easy to navigate questionnaire which you can accomplish here: https://apply.cimbbank.com.ph/customer this questionnaire may require you to provide the following information:
1. Mobile number associated with your CIMB Bank account
2. Email address associated with your CIMB Bank account
3. One-Time Pin will be provided to you to confirm your identity

4. Name another bank you have an active account with
5. Company ownership disclaimer
6. Purpose of your CIMB Bank Account
7. Proof of Income
How much time do I have to complete the evaluation?
You have 10 banking days from the date you received the official notice from CIMB Bank to comply with the requirements before your account becomes permanently closed.
Will my GCredit be immediately reinstated after evaluation?
CIMB Bank will respond to your request within 3 banking days (on average) after your successful submission of all accepted information. Once your account has been re-approved by CIMB Bank, it will be reinstated the next business day. An SMS will be sent by GCash to confirm your account reinstatement. However, if your evaluation application has been denied, your account will be closed indefinitely. CIMB Bank would communicate with you regarding that.

Rest assured that your information and documents will be used solely by CIMB Bank for the purpose of verifying your account and will be kept private and confidential.
