Account Recovery helps you regain access to your account if you forgot your MPIN or got locked out of your account. Follow these steps to set up your Account Recovery via Security Questions.
1. Log in to your GCash account, then tap at the bottom right of your screen. Tap from the sidebar menu.
3. Tap Next and select 5 security questions and input the corresponding answer for each.
4. Review your answers, then tap. A confirmation screen will be displayed. Tap anywhere to continue.
Troubleshooting: Update Answers to My Security Questions
Your answers cannot be edited once you've confirmed them. If you would like to have these updated, submit a ticket for assistance.
