- Getpaid Payment Portal is powered by Paynamics designed exclusively for GCash. All business owners who will sign up under Getpaid will be part of Paynamics sub-merchants
Features of Getpaid Payment Portal
- The tool allows you to create a payment link / URL that you can send to customers with GCash.
- Once your customers clicks on the link, it will automatically process the payment required using GCash as payment method for as low as 2% processing fee
- Getpaid users can also cancel or refund transactions which will automatically reflect on the customers' GCash account
- A payment dashboard is also set up for Getpaid users to monitor their payment activities
- You may also link to your GCash or bank account to receive funds during settlement or withdrawal for as low as Php20 processing fee per withdrawal
How to set up my Getpaid Payment Portal account
- Access Getpaid Payment Portal website
- Sign up for an account or log in your credentials (if already an existing member)
- Activate your account by submitting all the necessary business requirements.

How can your customers pay using your payment link
- Access link via email, browser, or smartphone
- Must have an active GCash account to be able to pay
- Fill in customer details (Name, Mobile Number, Email)
- Review Summary of payment then press "Pay Now"
- Enter GCash credentials and OTP (One Time Pin) sent to the GCash registered mobile
- Confirm payment (subject to 2% processing fee)
You can also process a refund should there be cancellations or problems with the payment
- Click "Issue a Refund" corresponding to the payment under Paid Log
- Enter amount details and refund reason
- Press "Submit"

- Yes you can start receiving funds but cannot withdraw until all documents completed

- 3 days after the payment is made
