If you lost your mobile number, or your SIM card is no longer functioning, you can request to change your mobile number registered to GInvest.
Please make sure to provide the following REQUIREMENTS when you contact our CS channels to request for a mobile number change:
1.Your Old Account Number
- Can no longer be accessed (last transaction date will be tracked)
2. New GCash Number
- Must be Fully Verified with the same verified user information as Old Account Number
- Must NOT be Registered to GInvest
📝 Note: The GCash accounts to be provided for the Mobile Number Change request will be temporarily blocked from GInvest as part of the account transfer process (approx. 1 week).
If you can still access your Old GCash account, we suggest that you redeem instead your investment balance. This will not affect your earnings in any way.
