1.0 Access Zoho Merchant Onboarding Portal
1.1 URL to access the website

2.0 Log In Page
2.1 Enter log in credentials
- For first time users, we will receive an instruction from GCash to check our email to authorize our account creation
3.0 Application Form for Business
3.1 Provide Business Credentials in the Merchant Information Pages
3.2 Affix with E-Signature or by digitally drawing it on space provided
4.0 Add Merchant Representatives
4.1 Click the "Merchant Representative" tab to add a record
- Merchant representatives enrolled would also need to E-Sign on the form
- For Corporations, each representative on the Secretary's Certificate should be added
5.0 Upload Documents
5.1 Click the "Documents" tab
- Click each requirement and select "EDIT" button on the right side to start uploading
- Please ensure documents are clear and not expired
- Image or PDF file can be accepted by the portal
5.2 Additional Documents for Corporation
- For corporations, upload 1 valid ID of each authorized signatory listed on the notarized Secretary's Certificate and 1 valid ID for the Corporate Secretary
5.3 Validate successful uploading of documents
- Once done a green check mark will appear on the side of "Document" tab
6.0 Branch Enrollment
6.1 Click 'Branch Enrollment" tab
- This is to make branch name appear on each SMS sent to transacting customer
6.2 Specify level of access and settlement bank
7.0 Application Submission
7.1 Review application details before submission
7.2 Once submitted, GCash team will review the application and documents
- Review time is 2 days
- GCash to respond with comments on documents provided
- Application results to be sent out to applicant's email address once review is completed
7.3 Once approved, we shall receive links to review and acknowledge legal documents
