I received a message stating that my account has been updated to a regular account. What does that mean?
We have regularized the card transaction fees of all resigned Powerpay+ employees who are also not receiving any disbursements from our Powerpay+ partners for the past 1 year or more.
What will be the effect of the regularization?
The privileges of a Powerpay+ employee are no longer applicable to your account and will now follow that of the consumer account.
What are the changes on my card transactions?
The privileges of a Powerpay+ account will now be waived and the Php 20 withdrawal fee will now apply to your transactions.
What about other card transactions like online payments, POS transactions, etc?
The changes will only be applicable when you use your Powerpay+ card to withdraw funds from any ATM terminal nationwide.
