Track pending GFunds orders and investments
GCash processes the buying and selling of investment funds following the order processing time here.
View your pending orders
To learn how to track your pending Buy and Sell Orders, please follow the steps below:
- On the GFunds dashboard, tap Pending Buy Orders or Pending Sell Orders
- Tap View All
- Tap the details of your chosen order
- Your order summary will be displayed, containing the order date, amount, units, NAVPU, and order status
| Order Status | Description |
| Your Order is being Processed | The order has been placed and is still being processed |
| Your Order is Complete | The order has been successfully completed and should be reflected in your dashboard |
| Your Order is Cancelled | The order has been successfully cancelled |

Investment in GFunds did not reflect
GCash processes the buying and selling of investment funds within a standard number of days. If your investment in GFunds has not shown up yet, check if your buy or sell order is within its allocation date by visiting order processing time.
If the fund still does not reflect on your GCash wallet 1 business day after the standard processing time, please submit a ticket.
