Your funds will be credited to your GCash account based on your time of transaction.

Enroll a Payee account
Step 1. Log in the Citibank PH app.
Step 2. Click 'Payments', then select 'Manage Payments & Payees'.
Step 3. Click 'Add/Manage Payees' > 'Local Payees' > 'Another Local Bank'.
Step 4. Enter the required details:
- Bank Route Code: Select GCash
- Account Number: Enter your GCash-registered mobile number (in the 09XXXXXXXXX format)
- Account Name: Enter your GCash-registered name
Step 5. Verify the details, enter your PIN, and click 'Confirm'.
Cash In to an enrolled GCash account:
Step 1. Log in the Citibank PH app.
Step 2. Click 'Payments', then select 'Transfers'.
Step 3. Select the Citibank account you want to transfer funds from, select your enrolled Payee GCash account as the receiver of the transfer.
Step 4. Enter the amount to be sent and click 'Next'.
Step 5. Review your transaction summary, and tap 'Confirm'.
