If more than 48 hours have passed, and your funds are not reflected in my GCash balance, please submit a ticket and provide the following information to facilitate checking and validation:
- Date and Time of Transaction
- Payoneer Transaction ID (can be found in the email confirmation)
- Payoneer Account Holder ID*
- Screenshot of SMS received from GCash
- Screenshot of email received from Payoneer
