Your GSave transactions (deposit and withdrawal of funds) may be missing because there was a GCash, CIMB Bank, or BPI downtime when you made a transaction.
Your transactions will be automatically credited to/from your GCash wallet in 2 business days. An SMS notification will be sent to confirm this.
If your GSave transaction did not get credited to/from your GCash wallet after 2 business days, submit a ticket in the Help Center and expect a response within 24 hours.
When filing a ticket, follow these steps:
Step 1: File a ticket in the Help Center. A GCash representative will get back to you within 24 hours after submitting a ticket.
Step 2: Input your GCash-registered email address
Step 3: Input your GCash-registered full name
Step 4: Input your GCash-registered mobile phone number
Step 5: Select GSave > My Withdrawal did not reflect on my GCash or My Deposit transaction did not reflect on GSave as your concern category
Step 6: Enter the Reference Number of the GSave Transaction in the explain your concern field
Step 7: Input the Date of your GSave Transaction
Step 8: Input the amount of the transaction
Step 9: Choose “Yes” in Did you receive an SMS or in-App confirmation? if you received an SMS confirmation.
If you did not receive any confirmation, choose "No" then proceed to Step 11.
Step 10: In the Attachment Section, attach the GCash Transaction History or SMS confirmation of the transaction
Step 11: Tap Submit
You will receive an email confirmation that your ticket has been received. Use the ticket number provided in the email should you want to follow up with your request.
