Gcash Borrow Load allows selected GCash customers to immediately get load promos for their prepaid account for a small upfront processing fee and pay the rest of the amount later.
How do I borrow load?
STEP 1: Tap on the Borrow Load pop-up or action card appearing on your Gcash App.
STEP 2: Agree to the terms & conditions and confirm your subscription by paying the upfront charge.
STEP 3: You should receive your borrowed load shortly on your GCash registered number, just like the regular buy load transaction.
Note: Another SMS from GCash will be sent after 24 hours to confirm your availment and details of your borrowed load.

What happens if I avail the promo more than once?
You will also be charged more than once with the relevant borrow Load price and processing fee based on the number of times you avail.
How do I pay for my borrowed load?
Payment will be automatically deducted from your Gcash Wallet as manual payment is currently not yet available. Don't worry, GCash will send a repayment reminder before and on your due date. Please make sure to have a sufficient balance to avoid incurring late fees.
What happens if I don’t have sufficient balance in my wallet by the due date?
You will be charged a late fee per week until there is a sufficient balance in your wallet.
How much are the late fees?
Late fees depend on your borrowed load, for promos amounting to Php50 and Php99, there's a Php1 fee daily until we successfully deducted the full amount. For promos amounting to Php20 and below, the interest fee is Php 0.25 daily.
What do I do if I was charged more than once?
You may have availed of a borrow load offer multiple times. If you think you have been wrongfully charged you may file a ticket in the GCash Help Center.
