What if I have questions related to PesoPay?
Why would directly coordinating with merchant be faster than with PesoPay or GCash?
The process was designed such that merchants will have a direct way of refunding the payments through the PesoPay merchant portal. This will resolve any disputes faster as it would skip GCash and PesoPay checking and directly allow the merchants to validate what happened and manage the refund
However, should we encounter any problems when coordinating with merchant, we can also submit a ticket and a GCash representative should reach out to us
If a refund confirmed by merchant still has not reflected in my GCash account, what do I do?
- We can simultaneously submit a ticket and follow through with the merchant
- Once refund reflects in GCash system, our representative will immediately confirm
