No. Overdue PrimeWater bills cannot be paid via GCash. It may have been assigned a different ATM Ref No. or Biller Number in their system.
What is an ATM Ref No.?
These is a unique identifier PrimeWater assign to their financial institution partners like GCash to ensure they could accept and process payments in their behalf. The unique numbers changes each billing cycle to ensure proper tracking of bill.
2. Can I use my previous month's bill's ATM Ref No. to pay for my current month's bill since I have not received my statement yet?
No. Please wait for your official PrimeWater Bill to identify your updated ATM Ref No. to pay for your current month’s bill via GCash.
3. I haven't received my current billing statement, can GCash just tell me what my ATM Ref No. is?
GCash is a platform to pay biller partners. We do not have visibility of PrimeWater customers' account details for confidentiality purposes.
