To claim the benefits of your insurance, follow these steps:
STEP 1: Contact Igloo (cs.ph@iglooinsure.com) within 72 hours of becoming aware of any fact or circumstance that is likely to result in a loss covered by the protection plan
STEP 2: Launch the GCash App
STEP 3: Tap on GInsure
STEP 4: Click MY INSURANCE to file a claim
- My Insurance -> Online Shopping Insurance -> Service -> Make a Claim
- Note: You would need to provide the details of the claim and upload the different supporting documents necessary. This is dependent on your insurance product.
STEP 5: Upon submitting the final documents(a. Proof of purchase from GCash [screenshot of GCash Receipt/SMS], b. Police report, Conversation with the Seller) and providing the necessary details of the claim, wait until your claim is approved to receive your benefits.
Note: Only GCash transaction receipt and/or SMS are valid proof of purchase. Other receipts aside from the screenshot from the GCash in-app transaction history or SMS confirmation of GCash transaction will not be accepted.
