What is Net Asset Value per Unit (NAVPU)?
The Net Asset Value per Unit (NAVPU) is the price for each unit of a specific fund. A unit is a portion of the fund you can buy.
The fund’s latest NAVPU will determine how many units you will be able to buy or sell with your money at a certain time.
How is the Net Value per Unit (NAVPU) computed?
The product provider computes the Net Asset Value per Unit (NAVPU) by dividing the fund’s overall value by the total number of units the fund has.
How often does the NAVPU change?
The NAVPU of a fund changes every business day and can increase or decrease depending on the fund’s performance in the market.
Is the NAVPU in GFunds accurate?
Yes it is accurate, however the NAVPU shown in the GCash app is dependent on the availability of data from our fund house partners.
When is the NAVPU updated in GFunds?
Our partner providers are in charge of updating the NAVPU every business day and we reflect it through GFunds.
When I buy or sell in GFunds now, will today’s NAVPU be used?
