How do I reset my MPIN through Face Verify?
STEP 1: Launch the GCash App and tap Forgot MPIN? on the login screen.
STEP 2: Tap Send Code from the pop-up screen. You will receive a 6-digit authentication code to your GCash Registered Mobile number
STEP 3: Enter the Authentication Code you received and tap Submit. Tap Tap Here to resend if you didn’t get the code.
STEP 4: After inputting the authentication code, you will be redirected to the Verify with Face Recognition page.
Look at the screen and allow the program to scan your face. This will take no more than 5 seconds. Please follow all the guidelines as indicated in the page for the verification process.
STEP 6: Enter your NEW MPIN and tap Submit. Your new MPIN must be different from your previous three (3) MPINs.
Avoid easily guessable MPINs like your birthday, 1234, or the last four digits of your phone number. Never share your MPIN or OTP (authentication code) to anyone.
A confirmation screen will appear when you have successfully reset your MPIN. Tap OK to go back to the login screen and start using GCash.
