Delays in bank transfers may occur due to system errors or ongoing bank maintenance from the side of the partner bank.
The sender may receive an SMS stating that the funds will be reversed back to their GCash Wallet in 1-2 banking days or the funds will be credited to the targetted bank account in 3-5 banking days. In case there is an issue with the receiving bank, it will be credited back to the sender's GCash Wallet.
If the delay of your bank transfer has not been resolved after the said timeframe please, file a ticket in the Help Center.
When filing a ticket, follow these steps:

STEP 1: On your GCash homepage, tap Help
STEP 2: Tap Submit a Ticket
STEP 3: Input your email address, GCash registered name, and mobile phone number
STEP 4: Select Send Money to Bank > The money I sent did not transfer to the nominated bank account as your concern category
STEP 5: Input in the text box, “I experienced a delay in my bank transfer.”
STEP 6: Input the Date of Bank Transfer Transaction, GCash Reference No., and Transaction Amount
STEP 7: Select the option to attach screenshots of the SMS or In-App Confirmation then tap Submit
