Delays in bank transfers may occur due to system errors or ongoing bank maintenance on the side of the partner bank. Please wait for 1-2 baking days to process your bank transfer.
If the delay of your bank transfer has not been resolved after 1-2 banking days, file a ticket in the Help Center.
When filing a ticket, follow these steps:
STEP 1: File a ticket in the Help Center. A GCash representative will get back to you within 24 business hours after you have sent your inquiry.
STEP 2: Input your email address
STEP 3: Input your GCash-registered full name
STEP 4: Input your GCash-registered mobile phone number
STEP 5: Select Send Money to Bank > The money I sent did not transfer to the nominated bank account as your concern category
STEP 6: Input in the text box, “I experienced a delay in my bank transfer.”
STEP 7: Input the Date of Bank Transfer Transaction
STEP 8: Select the option if you received a GCash Reference No.
STEP 9: If yes, Input the GCash Reference No.
STEP 10: Input the Transaction Amount
STEP 11: Select the option if you received a SMS or In-App Confirmation
STEP 12: If yes, Attach screenshots of the SMS or In-App Confirmation
STEP 13: Tap Submit
