Can’t access your account
If you can’t access your account, it may be due to one of the following:
- Your account is dormant
- Ongoing partner system maintenance or downtime
- If you can’t access your account due to another reason, click here to ask us for help
Savings accounts will be considered dormant if there has been no financial activity for a period of 2 years, except for the posting of interest. The monthly dormancy charge on your savings account is PHP 30 and will be debited directly on your savings account. You may view BPI’s service charges here.
To keep your account active, make sure that you do transactions like cash deposits and cash withdrawals at least once every six months.
A notification will be sent to you prior to account closure which will include the duration by which you will be allowed to transfer your funds from your #MySaveUp to your GCash wallet.
Change mobile number

Close your #MySaveUp by BPI account
Before deleting or closing your #MySaveUp bank account, please ensure to withdraw all your remaining funds. If you want to close your #MySaveUp by BPI account, go to any BPI branch to file for the request and bring 1 Valid ID.
