You cannot directly transfer money from the GSave by CIMB account to other banks. You will have to withdraw your money from your GSave by CIMB account to your GCash Wallet.
Then, you can transfer your money using GCash’s Bank Transfer to the bank account of the recipient.
Here are the steps that you need to follow to withdraw your money from your GSave by CIMB account to your GCash Wallet and transfer it using Bank Transfer:
Step 1. Log in to your GCash Account
Step 2. Tap GSave in your dashboard
Step 3. In the GSave Marketplace, select #MySaveUp
Step 4. In your #MySaveUp dashboard, tap Withdraw.
Step 5. Input the amount that you want to withdraw from your #MySaveUp going to your GCash account, then Tap Next
Step 6. In the Withdrawal Confirmation page, tap Confirm
Step 7. Input the OTP sent from BPI via SMS to proceed with the transaction, then tap Confirm
Step 8. An SMS from GCash will be sent to you to confirm the successful transaction
Step 9. Tap Send Money on the GCash dashboard
Step 10. Tap on Bank Transfer
Step 11. Tap the bank you wish to send money to
Step 12. Input the required details needed to process your transaction and tap send money
Step 13. Check the transaction details and tap Confirm
Step 14. You will receive an SMS confirmation that your Bank Transfer transaction is successful.
