You cannot directly transfer money from the #MySaveUp by BPI account to another #MySaveUp by BPI account. You will have to withdraw your money from your #MySaveUp by BPI account to your GCash Wallet.
Then, you can transfer your money using the Express Send in Send Money to the receiver that owns a #MySaveUp by BPI account.
Step 1. Log in to your GCash Account
Step 2. Tap GSave in your dashboard
Step 3. In the GSave Marketplace, tap #MySaveUp
Step 4. In your #MySaveUp dashboard, tap Withdraw.
Step 5. Input the amount that you want to withdraw from your #MySaveUp going to your GCash account, then Tap Next
Step 6. In the Withdrawal Confirmation page, tap Confirm
Step 7. Input the OTP sent from BPI via SMS to proceed with the transaction, then tap Confirm
Step 8. An SMS from GCash will be sent to you to confirm the successful transaction
Step 9. Tap Send Money on the GCash dashboard
Step 10. Tap on Express Send
Step 11. Input the recipient's mobile number and the amount you want to send then tap Next
Step 12. Double-check the receiver’s GCash name, mobile number, and amount, then tap Confirm
Step 13. You will receive an in-app receipt to confirm your successful transaction.
