A Monthly Service Charge of P300.00 will be deducted from the savings account if the account falls below the required average minimum maintaining balance of Php 3,000 for two consecutive months.
This charge will also apply for each succeeding month as long as the account is below the required average minimum maintaining balance of Php 3,000.

If you want to close your #MySaveUp by BPI account, go to any BPI branch to file for the request and bring 1 Valid ID.

When will an account be closed?
An account that remains to be unfunded within 30 days after account opening will be closed. BPI reserves the right and is authorized to suspend, terminate, remove, disable or discontinue access to or use of the account without prior notice due to any violation of the Bank’s Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, rules, policies and regulations.
How can I get my money if my account was closed?
A notification will be sent to you prior to account closure which will include the duration by which you will be allowed to transfer your funds from your #MySaveUp to your GCash wallet.

Savings accounts will be considered dormant if there has been no financial activity for a period of 2 years, except for the posting of interest.

To keep your account active, make sure that you do transactions like cash deposits and cash withdrawals at least once every six months.
