GSave by CIMB

You cannot directly transfer money from the GSave by CIMB account to another GSave by CIMB account. You will have to withdraw your money from your GSave by CIMB account to your GCash Wallet. 

Then, you can transfer your money using the Express Send in Send Money to the receiver that owns a GSave by CIMB account. 

Here are the steps that you need to follow to withdraw your money from your GSave by CIMB account to your GCash Wallet and transfer it using Express Send in Send Money:

Step 1. Log in to your GCash Account

  Step 2. Tap GSave in your dashboard 

Step 3. Tap GSave by CIMB

Step 4. Tap the Withdraw button

  Step 5.  Enter the amount that you need to withdraw or transfer to your GCash Wallet. Tap Next

  Step 6. Tap the Confirm button

  Step 7. Enter your 6-digit authentication code sent by CIMB Bank PH to your registered mobile number    then Tap Submit

  Step 8. A confirmation message will be displayed. Tap OK

  Step 9. Expect to receive an SMS or text confirmation about your transaction

  Step 10.  Tap Send Money on the GCash dashboard

  Step 11. Tap on Express Send

  Step 12.  Input the recipient's mobile number and the amount you want to send then tap Next

  Step 13. Double-check the receiver’s GCash name, mobile number, and amount and tap Confirm

  Step 14. You will receive an in-app receipt to confirm your successful transaction
