Can't access your account
It may be because your GSave account has been dormant and was closed. Your GSave account will close if you did not upgrade it, did not use it for 12 months, or didn’t link your GSave account to the CIMB app. You will not incur any dormancy fees.
When your GSave by CIMB account closes, your funds are still safe, and you can still withdraw them. Your account will be automatically activated once you make any deposit transaction.

Change mobile number

Delete your GSave by CIMB account
Before deleting or closing your GSave by CIMB account, please ensure to withdraw all your remaining funds. Please contact CIMB directly to proceed with your request for deletion.
