Tips on claiming your voucher
- Make sure you’re registered to GCash and have the app on your phone
- Make sure you’re using the correct claim flow link: https://go.gcash.com/krisaquino2021
- Make sure that there are no unnecessary spaces before or after the promo code before you tap on ‘Claim’ (i.e. _ABCD123 or ABCD123_)
- This voucher is for one-time use only and is valid until December 31, 2022
- I tried to claim my voucher but I was told that the code is invalid. What should I do?
- Check if you correctly typed the code in the order seen on the card
- Try to remember if you showed or told anyone about the code you found or if the code may have been exposed to anyone else in the store where you bought it and you have no intention of asking for someone else’s help to claim it.
- Any of the above may be a probable cause for invalidation.
- Will I receive the voucher amount instantly?
- Yes, the reward is seeded in real-time.
- How will I know if the seeding of the GCash reward is successful?
- You will receive an SMS from 2882/GCash: “Congratulations! You've received a P800 GCash voucher from Kris Aquino!”
- You may also check your GCash wallet balance for cash rewards.
- Where can I use the GCash reward?
- For cash, you can use it like your regular GCash balance. Be sure to register to GCash so that you can use your reward via the GCash app.
- I keep getting this error even when I’m entering the correct code: “Please make sure to input the correct voucher code. (REF 80000001)”
- Kindly check if you’ve entered an unnecessary space “_” before or after the code, or any other special characters. Special characters may be the probable cause for these invalidations.
- I entered the wrong code too many times by accident. When can I claim my code again? Error prompt: “You have entered the wrong promo code too many times. Please try again after 24 hours using the correct promo code. (REF 80000005)”
- You can claim the code again the next day at 12:00:00. Make sure that you input the code correctly as shown under the cap.
- I tried claiming my voucher but when I tapped on “Claim Now,” it triggered an error prompt: “We're working on a system maintenance for this promo. Sorry for letting you wait but please try again after 24 hours. (REF 11009221)” How can I claim my code?
- Kindly wait for a few hours before trying again. Use the initial GCash number that you used to claim and input the same code. You should be able to receive the reward afterward.
- I keep getting this error when I’m claiming: “We are not able to process your transaction at this time. Please try again later. (REF 11009230)”
- Did you claim beyond the promo period? If yes, then the campaign has already expired and as per our mechanics, we will no longer seed beyond this date.
- Did you exceed your wallet limit for the month? If yes, then claim again the next month so that the cash seeding can push through.
