You can see your Minimum Amount Due on the GCredit dashboard and on the Statement of Account (SOA) sent to your email.
On the GCredit Dashboard
To see your Minimum Amount Due on the GCredit dashboard, follow these steps:
STEP 1: Launch the GCash App
STEP 2: Tap GCredit
STEP 3: You will find your Minimum Amount Due on the GCredit Dashboard below your Total Amount Due.

On your Statement of Account
You can also request a Statement of Account (SOA) and see your Minimum Amount Due sent via email.
Here’s how you can request for your Statement of Account:
STEP 1: Submit a ticket to the Help Center.
STEP 2: Select GCredit as the Concern Category
- After selecting GCredit, select I want to request for a copy of my SOA.
STEP 3: In the Explain your concern field, indicate “I am requesting a copy of my SOA”
STEP 4: Input the Billing Period you are requesting an SOA for
You will need to indicate the start and end date of the requested SOA.
Your billing period is the time between your last billing statement and your next. Each billing period covers 30 days.
STEP 5: Input your GCredit Account Number
You can find your GCredit Account Number in your GCredit Dashboard. A GCash representative will get back to you within 24 hours.
Once you receive your SOA, you can find your Minimum Amount Due above your Due Date. You can also see your Minimum Amount Due in your Statement Summary below your Total Billed Amount.
