How do I submit my additional details to CIMB Bank?
Provide the additional information in the questionnaire sent by CIMB Bank through SMS and email. Here are some tips in filling out the questionnaire:
STEP 1: Go to https://apply.cimbbank.com.ph/customer
STEP 2: Enter the mobile number associated with your CIMB Bank account
STEP 3: Enter the email address associated with your CIMB Bank account
STEP 4: Check your SMS for the message with your One-Time Pin (OTP)
STEP 5: Input the One-Time Pin provided to you to confirm your identity
Important: Never share your OTP (authentication code) with anyone.
STEP 6: Answer if you have other banks besides CIMB Bank in the Philippines. If yes, select a Bank from the field you have an active account with
STEP 7: Answer if you are a stockholder, shareholder and signatory of any company in the Philippines
STEP 8: Select the main purpose of the transactions you are expecting to perform using your CIMB account from the field
STEP 9: Attach a scanned copy or a photo of your Source of Income
Sample sources of income are your Certificate of Employment, Payslip, BIR 2316, or Employment Contract.
Uploaded documents must be clear and must be issued within the last 6 months.
You need to comply with the requirements within 10 banking days from the date you received the official notice from CIMB Bank before your account becomes permanently closed. If your account is permanently closed, you may only register again after 1 year.
