Change your mobile number
You must meet these two requirements to change your mobile number registered to GGives, or your request will be rejected.
- Both your old and new GCash accounts must be registered to the same account owner
- Your new GCash mobile number must be fully verified
If you want to file a request to change your mobile number registered to GCredit, submit a ticket and include your old and new GCash Mobile Numbers so that we can assist you.
Delete your GGives account
Before requesting to delete your GGives account, please make sure to settle all your dues. You will not be able to delete your GCredit account if you have outstanding dues.
