Here are the ways you can increase your wallet limit to ₱500,000:
1. Verify your GCash Account.
You need to be Fully Verified to be able to increase your wallet limit. Visit How do I get Fully Verified? for more information.
2. Choose from any of the following options:
- Link and cash in from any of the following accounts to your GCash Account:
- BPI

- Open a GSave or GInvest account and deposit or invest at least ₱100. Find out how to create a GSave or GInvest account through these articles:
You will receive an SMS from GCash, and a Pop-Up notification in the GCash App regarding the successful upgrade within the next day.
Your wallet limit refreshes monthly, and will revert every first day of the month. If you’ve hit your transaction limit for the month, you will have to wait for the next month for your account’s limits to reset, and be able to transact again.
Please note that the services listed below are not considered linked bank accounts, and will not qualify you for an increase in wallet limits:
- GCash MasterCard
- PayPal
- American Express (AMEX) Virtual Pay card

What happens if I unlink my bank account account with my GCash account?
Your limits will only revert back to ₱100,000 only if you unlinked all of your linked BPI, Unionbank and Payoneer accounts. This will take effect after two (2) business days.
What happens if I withdraw my funds from my GSave or GInvest account?
Your wallet limit will not revert back to ₱100,000 even if you withdraw the full amount from your GSave or GInvest accounts.
