Here's how to reach their Help Center and submit a ticket.
Steps 1 and 2 - Go to My Rewards and click on the Headset icon to access A+ Rewards Help Center
Step 3 - Find answers through different search method or submit a ticket
Steps 4 and 5 - To submit a ticket, just fill in all required information and screens then press Submit
Step 6 - Receive a confirmation of your ticket number
Step 7 - You may also track your tickets by simply clicking the Track your tickets button
